Michael R. Hamed
Michael Hamed represents individuals and businesses in complex civil and white-collar criminal litigation, in federal and state courts, at trial and on appeal. He has substantial experience in a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including contractual disputes, professional malpractice claims, intellectual property, fraud, public corruption, tax disputes, and divorces. He has also represented clients in numerous civil and criminal investigations and disputes that did not result in litigation.
Prior to Kushner & Hamed, Michael practiced at Messerman & Messerman, where he also represented individuals and businesses in complex civil and white-collar criminal litigation.
Michael graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1994 (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997 (cum laude), where he served on the Moot Court Board and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is on the Executive Committee of the William K. Thomas Inn of Court. He is admitted to practice in Ohio. |
